Our quotes are extremely quick, transparent and concise. Product descriptions and branding methods are clear, every cost is broken down. Pricing is always competitive – where possible we’ll price beat on like for like items. So, no price gimmicks or hidden extras. Every budget is catered for, without compromising on quality or service.

Express Turnaround

We excel in turning around bulk orders quickly and adopt a flexible approach to lead times and order quantities. We strive to accommodate client needs and don’t apply unnecessary surcharges for this invaluable service. Our branding partners will attempt to re-juggle production schedules where viable, it’s all part of the service at no extra cost.

All UK stocked items have quick lead times, as do UK manufactured goods. Our Far East factories also work to efficient schedules. Many traditional Far East items are also available from UK stock, such as printed lanyards, silicon wristbands and trolley coin keyrings – although branding methods and pricing may vary.

Friendly Account Managers

Every client is assigned a friendly and experienced account manager. They deal with every aspect of your order, from initial enquiry to safe and satisfactory delivery of your goods. This facilitates a smooth and consistent service. If your account manager is absent, then don’t worry. Our robust system means a Purple Moon team member is always on hand to assist.

Our account managers have multi-sector experience, so can also brain storm ideas based on your criteria. We adopt a personable and consultative approach. If you need inspiration, guidance or simply a fresh pair of eyes – we’re here to help.


All of our promotional products undergo strict quality control. We do however, recommend seeing samples before placing an order – to ensure they meet your criteria and expectations. Many samples are free of charge. More expensive and/or multiple sample requests might be chargeable, but are refundable against orders.

If required, we can even arrange a pre-production sample subject to lead time and cost. Certain products can be turned around in just 24-72hrs, due to close working relationships with our branding partners. These include dye-sublimation mugs, embroidered polo shirts and engraved executive pens.

Artwork Proofs & Redraws

Our experienced account managers have a very keen eye, so can provide guidance on the best branding methods and merchandise to enhance your logo and other artwork. They even spot the odd spelling mistake!

If your artwork isn’t in the correct format, that’s fine – we offer a full redraw service which is predominantly free of charge. We’ll also typeset standard text for you.

We never proceed to print or otherwise, without sending you a visual representation of your products and artwork. This is based on individual product branding areas and our interpretation of your instructions. We’ll keep amending this until you’re fully satisfied.
