Can we see samples before we buy?
We always suggest ordering a sample before committing to an order. We offer free sample support within reason and only charge for more expensive samples.
How do you brand promotional products?
Depending on the product, we can use various techniques when we apply a logo or other artwork. When branding promotional clothing, for example, we regularly screen print, transfer print and embroider. In comparison, for promotional mugs, we can dye-sublimate, transfer and even sand-blast!

Can you create custom promotional products?
Yes, we can! It’s one of our specialities. Many of our clients have very specific requirements, and we pride ourselves on fulfilling all of them. You can request a customised product or fully bespoke merchandise, meaning you can tweak an existing item or create a brand new one – it’s up to you.
What is your turnaround time for promotional merchandise?
Our turnaround time is above the industry average across all categories – thanks to our efficient processes, working relationships and dedication to customer service.
It’s all dependent on product type, quantity, branding method and product origin. For example, printed cotton shoppers and other printed bags can be delivered in just a few days, whereas it might take around three weeks to manufacture lapel pin badges and silicone wristbands in the Far East.
Do you offer express printed promotional products?
Yes – many of our clients rely on us for this invaluable service. In fact, we’re always ‘pulling rabbits out of hats! We’ve supplied everything from printed t-shirts and plastic pens to dye-sublimation mugs and lanyards in just 24-72hrs! What’s more, we don’t pass on unnecessary costs.
What format do you require artwork in?
You can learn more about this in our artwork guidelines section. If you don’t have suitable artwork for your design, we can provide an artwork re-draw service.
Can I place a small order?
As a general rule of thumb, there are minimum order quantities (MOQs) for every promotional product. This is due to the time involved, cost, production schedules and even packaging requirements. However, we aim to offer our clients flexibility, so we will accommodate smaller orders where possible. Please contact us with your requirements.
Do you off bulk discounts?
Our prices are always very competitive, but we can usually offer further discounts for larger orders. This applies to multi-item orders or a single item ordered in bulk. We’ll also price beat or price match like for like quotes if possible.
I’m a reseller, can you help?
We work with many promotional merchandise resellers, including marketing agencies, event organisers, web designers, print companies and retailers. As an established and large distributor, we’re able to purchase at favourable prices, which we pass on to both clients and resellers.
Can we see a catalogue of your promotional gifts? In line with our commitment to being more eco-friendly, we ceased distributing our printed product catalogue in 2010. You can peruse our best-selling promotional products online, and unlike catalogues, our website is frequently updated with new products.
What if I can’t find an item on your website?
Don’t worry – if it’s not on our site, we can still supply it! We are sourcing specialists with a huge network of manufacturing partners – so we can supply virtually any promo product. How much is delivery?
As our range of branded merchandise is so vast, there is no standard delivery charge – especially as each client has different requirements. We’ll always include competitive delivery costs where applicable on quotes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred payment method is BACS, but we also accept debit/credit cards or cheque payments. We also offer credit accounts subject to status.
